Hey Blackhawks fans! Wanna see playoff hockey with some players who might be part of the future in Chicago? The IceHogs are heading to the Calder Cup Playoffs, and some tickets go on sale Friday morning!
The final schedule for the IceHogs’ first-round matchup with the Grand Rapids Griffins has not been finalized yet, but we do know that the two teams will play in Rockford on Saturday, April 27. That will either be Game 1 or Game 2 of the central division semi-final series, depending on how the regular season ends.
Home ice for the series is still TBD this weekend. Rockford could finish second or third.
The IceHogs are having a flash sale on tickets for the April 27 game that begins at 10 AM CT on Friday. Fans can save 30% on all seats, excluding premium seating areas, for the April 27 game at IceHogs.com. The flash sale will be in effect through Monday, April 22 at 11:59 PM CT and will be the lowest price offered for IceHogs playoff tickets this postseason.
Earlier this week, the IceHogs released the two schedule scenarios depending on how the final standings sort out:
Scenario 1: Grand Rapids finishes 2nd / Rockford finishes 3rd
Scenario 2: Rockford finishes 2nd / Grand Rapids finishes 3rd
