Houston Astros first baseman Jon Singleton hit a behemoth home run this afternoon at Yankee Stadium, and his teammate Yordan Álvarez’s reaction, caught on camera by the broadcast, was absolutely perfect.
First, the blast by Singleton, which came on a 1-0 sinker from old friend Marcus Stroman:

Yordan Àlvarez’s Reaction to Jon Singleton’s Monster Home Run Was All of Us
As you heard on the broadcast, Singleton’s blast left the bat at 115.4 miles per hour and smashed into the facade of the third deck in right field at Yankee Stadium with a projected distance of 442 feet.
As cool as the homer was, Yordan looked like all of us watching it, and it was priceless! Especially considering he blasted a home run of his own just a few spots in the lineup prior, a 116.8 mph laser beam to put the Yankees on top early.
According to Sarah Langs, the Astros became the first team to have two 115-plus mph home runs in the same inning in the Statcast era (which dates back to 2015) and the second team to accomplish the feat in the same game, joining the Yankees, who have done it four times since 2015.
