Round 1 Options for the Rams
With the loss of Aaron Donald to retirement, the Rams need to address their interior defensive line and could take a talented option like Byron Murphy from Texas in the first round. LAR could also attack another pass rush option and think about getting an edge rusher like Laiatu Latu from UCLA or Jared Verse from Florida State if either player is still available at number 19 overall.

Los Angeles Rams 2023 Season Recap
After a 3-6 start to 2023, the Los Angeles Rams got their footing and won 7 of their last 8 games to reach the postseason. They ended up falling in the Wild Card Round to the Detroit Lions 24-23. After a rough 2022, Matthew Stafford bounced back tossing 24 touchdown passes and threw for almost 4,000 yards in 15 games.
The offensive unit ranked 8th in points and 7th in total yards as running back Kyren Williams had over 1,100 rushing yards in just 12 games with 12 touchdowns. Rookie wideout Puka Nacua picked up the slack with Cooper Cupp playing only 12 games as Nacua had 1,486 yards receiving at 6 touchdowns to lead LAR.
Aaron Donald was an All-Pro once again as he registered 8 sacks and 16 tackles for a loss in what ended up being his final season in the NFL. Ernest Jones led the team with 145 tackles while Jordan Fuller and Ahkello Witherspoon both had 3 interceptions in the secondary.
