Stanley Cup Final: Game Six – Lineups, Broadcast Info, Game Thread

Connor McDavid
Connor McDavid

Can the Panthers end this thing tonight? Do the Oilers force a seemingly improbably Game 7? Can anyone slow down Connor McDavid?!? There’s so much drama heading into tonight’s game and the house is going to be rocking in Edmonton. If you love playoff hockey, tonight is the game of the entire year.

What to Watch For

  • McDavid isn’t human and everyone on the eyes of everyone on the continent will be on him every single shift. Do the Panthers have an answer? They did for three games and then 97 flipped into god-mode.
  • Can Bobrovsky bounce back to being the best goaltender in the postseason? He’s been very average for two games after being dominant for three games. He’s a huge key for Florida.
  • Who plays the hero? Is it chalk — McDavid, Draisaitl, Tkachuk, Bob, Barkov — or does someone else (Mr. Short-Handed, Connor Brown?) who steps up and has his historic moment?
  • Get Caught Up
