DeMar DeRozan Hops on Stage with Kendrick Lamar at LA Concert

DeMar DeRozan found himself front and center at one of the year’s biggest concert events.

Kendrick Lamar hosted “The Pop Out: Ken & Friends” concert in Inglewood on Juneteenth. The rap icon packed the Forum with devoted hip-hop fans, which included several big-name athletes like LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, and DeRozan.

Filing through several hits, Lamar made sure to miss his recent diss tracks on Drake. He performed “Not Like Us” multiple times and even invited DeMar DeRozan on stage to join him. The Chicago Bulls superstar danced around the massive platform alongside Westbrook and other West Coast natives.

Check it out:

DeMar DeRozan Under the Spotlight

Of course, DeRozan’s California roots run deep. Not only did the six-time All-Star play his college ball at USC, but he is one of the most famous names to come out of Compton. Kendrick Lamar also rose to fame in the city south of Los Angeles.

While DeRozan appeared to be the only Bull to end up on stage, he wasn’t the only one at the show. Amazon Prime’s stream caught both Dalen Terry and Coby White enjoying the festivities with DeRozan and Westbrook.

We all know DeRozan loves to bring his young teammates out to LA for the summer, and what better time to do it than now? By the looks of it, this is a show everyone in attendance will never forget.
