Triple-A Iowa Cubs

Last night’s game between the Iowa Cubs and South Bend Storm Chasers was postponed due to wet grounds and inclement weather in the forecast. To make up for it, they’ll play a doubleheader today.

Double-A Tennessee Smokies

Last night’s contest between the Tennessee Smokies and Biloxi Shuckers was postponed due to wet grounds and inclement weather in the forecast. To make up for it, they’ll play a doubleheader today.

High-A South Bend Cubs (7-15)

Jonathan Long and Felix Stevens each knocked in three runs for the Cubs as they topped the Lansing Lugnuts 8-5 in their series opener on Tuesday. Cubs starter Nick Hull allowed two earned runs on five hits and struck out five in five innings of work on the mound for South Bend.
